GM.COM
I served as the interim UX Director from 2020-2022 for GM.com at McCann Worldgroup while it was General Motor's Agency of Record. I worked with cross-functional teams at McCann and GM to improve navigation, the Home page layout, and helped to increase content consumption on GM.com, GMFleet.com, and other GM websites.
I also helped research teams create detailed customer journey maps for shoppers, OnStar users, and other GM initiatives.

The call-in experience for borrowers to obtain information and make routine inquiries needed to be modernized and improved.
I led working sessions with customer service and tech teams, interviewed call center agents, and developed a series of caller workflows for Amazon's interactive voice response (IVR) and chatbot.
